I can’t even, lolllll. Oh myyyyy, if only.
Being bipolar isn’t bad; not understanding the when/why/how and trying to handle the severe swings, episodes, and other various symptoms I might display during a single day when I am still trying to teach myself to be aware of when these things are happening to attempt to calm my head and emotions so I’m not a rollercoaster ride to be around, is what makes it “bad”.
This picture is my usual response when I don’t realize or cannot get control. FUCK THAT (bipolar) SHIT. Oh, what I would give to have a few “normal” days in my life.
But maybe now I’d be like FUCK THAT (normal) SHIT, too.
daniel stoupin, a doctoral candidate in marine biology at the university of queensland, has photographed a variety of coral species using full spectrum light to reveal fluorescent pigments that would otherwise be invisible to the naked eye. each piece (click pic for name) is from the great barrier reef. given the complexity of the techniques used, which involve time-lapse and stereoscopic and focus stacked photography, the images take up to ten hours to produce in the lab.
